Hello! My name is Christina, and I’m the owner of Denali Esthetics and Wellness, located inside Health Happens. I am a licensed esthetician and licensed massage therapist, specializing in luxury facials, full-body waxing, and massage therapy. I am a proud Sorella Apothecary Partner, offering a botanical, results-driven skincare line, and I am DermaplanePro Certified. For waxing services, I use both hard and soft wax to ensure the most effective and comfortable experience for each client. At Denali Esthetics and Wellness, my goal is for you to leave feeling pampered, renewed, and deeply relaxed. I intentionally work one-on-one, meaning you are my only client during your appointment. This allows me to focus completely on you, your skin goals, and your overall experience. To ensure the highest level of care, I intentionally limit my massage schedule to a small number of clients each week, allowing me to show up fully for every session. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Denali Esthetics and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Business Hours
Appointments are offered during designated business hours to allow for intentional scheduling and the highest level of care for every client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to receive their scheduled service and will be considered a no-show.
Appointments canceled due to late arrival will be charged 95% of the service fee.
Sick Policy
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, anyone arriving ill or exhibiting symptoms of illness will be asked to leave.
These appointments will be charged 95% of the service fee.
No Call / No Show Policy
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service fee.
After one no call / no show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
After a second occurrence, booking privileges will be revoked.
Payment Authorization
By booking, you authorize Denali Esthetics and Wellness to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees immediately following the missed or canceled appointment, in accordance with these policies.
These policies are in place to protect appointment availability, respect the time reserved for each client, and maintain fairness for all.
