Hello! I’m Christina, owner and licensed esthetician at Denali Esthetics and Wellness. I specialize in luxury facials and full-body waxing, creating personalized experiences designed to help you feel confident, cared for, and completely at ease. I’m a proud Sorella Apothecary Partner and Ambassador, offering botanical, results-driven skincare that combines the power of nature with effective professional treatments. I’m also DermaplanePro Certified and use both hard and soft wax to provide a comfortable, effective waxing experience tailored to each client. At Denali Esthetics and Wellness, I believe your appointment should be more than just a service, it should be time dedicated entirely to you. I intentionally work one-on-one, so you are my only client during your appointment. This allows me to focus fully on your skin, your goals, and creating an experience that feels both luxurious and personal. My goal is for you to leave feeling pampered, renewed, deeply relaxed, and confident in your skin. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Denali Esthetics and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Business Hours
Appointments are offered during designated business hours to allow for intentional scheduling and the highest level of care for every client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to receive their scheduled service and will be considered a no-show.
Appointments canceled due to late arrival will be charged 95% of the service fee.
Sick Policy
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, anyone arriving ill or exhibiting symptoms of illness will be asked to leave.
These appointments will be charged 95% of the service fee.
No Call / No Show Policy
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service fee.
After one no call / no show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
After a second occurrence, booking privileges will be revoked.
Payment Authorization
By booking, you authorize Denali Esthetics and Wellness to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees immediately following the missed or canceled appointment, in accordance with these policies.
These policies are in place to protect appointment availability, respect the time reserved for each client, and maintain fairness for all.
